Health Warranty
Peekapoo Zone Puppies offers a one-year health warranty that begins on the date of purchase. This warranty covers genetic conditions only.
To qualify, the owner must provide documentation from a licensed veterinarian. If a condition is suspected, we will consult with our veterinarian. If the condition is confirmed to be genetic, we will cover treatment costs up to the purchase price of the puppy, or you may choose to return the puppy and wait to select another one.
Three Day Guarantee
Upon pickup, owners will sign and acknowledge that they have up to three days to take their puppy to a veterinarian to confirm their puppy is healthy. Failure to do so releases Peekapoo Zone Puppies from responsibility for intestinal parasites.
If your veterinarian diagnoses intestinal parasites (worms) during this initial exam, Peekapoo Zone Puppies will cover the cost of treatment when a receipt and test results are provided.
Taking your puppy to the vet within the first three days ensures that you have received a healthy puppy. This visit also allows your veterinarian to establish a medical record and advise you on vaccination schedules and future care.
Note: Worms are common in puppies and are easy to treat with deworming medication. We do our best to ensure your puppy is healthy; however, in some cases, worms may still occur.
