WARRANTY
Peekapoo Zone Puppies offers a one-year warranty that begins the moment when you send your deposit. The warranty only covers genetic problems. In order to be eligible for warranty you must show documents from a certified veterinarian. We will consult our vet and if it's confirmed that the problem is genetic, we will pay the treatment up to the amount that you paid for the puppy, or you have the option to renounce the puppy to us and wait to choose a different puppy.

A deposit of $300.00 is required to reserve a puppy and it is not refundable.
We work with PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and Square. Each have their own transaction fees of about 3.5%. For more information go to our payments page.
Note: For the remaining balance cash is best as there are no fees involved.
Peekapoo Zone Puppies understands that finding you right puppy can be hard sometimes, although your deposit isn't refundable it can be carried on to the next littler until you find the puppy that youu desire. If your plans change and you can't continue the process, you can use that deposit in the future when you are ready for a puppy. There is also the option of passing your deposit to a family member or friend. All we ask is that you keep proof so the deposit can stay valid.
If you reserve a puppy from one of our current litters and later decide that you are unable to pick them up, a penalty will be applied the next time you request to purchase a puppy from us. This penalty will require an additional deposit of $300. Our goal is to reduce the likelihood of any of our puppies experiencing delays or difficulties in finding a new home.
WAITING LIST & PICK UP DATE
To be added to the Deposit List, you need to send your deposit first. Once the puppies are born, we will call the families in the order their deposit was received. If the puppy that you are looking for is not born, we can either place your name down on the waiting list for the next litter, or, in certain situations, you can request a refund.
Note: Being added to the Deposit List and reserving a puppy are two different things. If you decide to pass on a puppy and wait till the next litter you will not be penalized.
If you decide to be on our Non-Deposit List and not put a deposit down, we cannot guarantee a puppy within a specific time period. We may have litters, but families on the Deposit List will have first priority to choose puppies.
Once the puppies are born, you must decide which one you want to reserve. We will send you a video every week, on the specified date around 6:00 p.m. You will be provided a pick up date for your puppy and can extend the date within reason. To house the puppy past the extended date, the puppy will need to be paid in full. Depending on how many extra days you need, we will add a charge of $10.00 per day.
Some families ask for extra videos and photos during the week. We can do this for an additional cost of $10.00 per video and $10.00 for a set of 3 photos.
DELIVERY

We can drive up to 200 miles to deliver your puppy. The fee is $2.25 per mile per puppy, and it must be paid in advance. All meet-ups will take place in a public location.
We can personally fly with your puppy in the cabin and arrive at the closest airport to you (fees apply). Alternatively, you may fly to Houston, TX / Dallas, TX / or Shreveport, LA, and we can meet you at the airport when your flight lands (fees apply). Because Peekapoos have a flat face, they cannot travel in cargo—only in the cabin of the airplane.
You also have the option to hire a transportation company such as Citizenshipper.com for delivery by land or cabin flight.
This option must be researched and arranged by you, as it is your responsibility. We can recommend trusted transporters, but we are not liable for third-party services. If you choose this option, you will have a different payment process, so ask an associate!
If your puppy will be flying, we must receive the flight information at least 15 days in advance so we have enough time to obtain the required health certificate from our veterinarian.
Note: The cost of delivery for citizenshipper has to be paid one day prior. For our own delivery, fees must be paid when you choose how to bring your puppy home.
NEUTERING & SPAYING CONTRACT

Our puppies are intended to be pets only. It is also your responsibility to take your puppy to the veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them to confirm that your puppy is healthy.
When you pick up your puppy, Peekapoo Zone Puppies will give you the Neutering/Spaying Contract for you to sign. The owner must agree to make an appointment to neuter or spay the puppy when it is 6 months of age. Once Peekapoo Zone Puppies receives proof that the puppy has been neutered or spayed, we will mail the registration papers.
Our intention is to ensure that none of the descendants of our puppies end up in animal shelters, abandoned, or placed with an irresponsible family due to negligence.
ALLERGIES
Peekapoo dogs are considered hypoallergenic due to their low shedding, but there are specific cases in when people may still be allergic. Before you start the process be sure you are not one of those people.
REHOMING FEES
If for some reason you need to return your puppy, we are happy to help you find them a new home. You are responsible for bringing them to us. In some occasions we can drive to your location on specific miles set on the delivery section.
