ADOPTION PROCESS
PAYMENT OPTIONS
A deposit of $150 is required to reserve a puppy. We accept Cash, Venmo, Paypal, or Square. The deposit is not refundable, however, there are exceptions. Paypal charges a 3% fee.

WARRANTY
Peekapoo Zone Puppies offers a one-year warranty that begins the moment you buy the puppy. The warranty only covers genetic problems. In order to be eligible for warranty you must show documents from a certified veterinarian. We will consult our vet and if it's confirmed that the problem is genetic, we will pay the treatment up to the amount that you paid for the puppy, or you have the option to bring it to us and wait to choose a different one.
DEPOSIT
PayPal charges 3% if you send money to pay goods and services, but if it's made as friends or family it will be free. All transfers in Venmo are free, but it's limited per month. You need to watch out to make sure you don't exceed your limits.
We also have the Square app witch you can pay with your full name, address and email, we will make you an invoice and send it to your email. You will be able to pay with your credit or debit card but there will be a $5.00 fee added to your balance if you use this option.
WAITING LIST
To be added in the waiting list you need to send your deposit first. Once the puppies are born we will call the families in the order in they sent their deposit. If the puppy that your looking for is not born, we can put your name down in the waiting list for the next breed or you can request a refund.
Once the puppies are born and you choose yours, we will send you a video every Saturday or Sunday for 8 weeks.
We can extend the date for you to pick up your puppy, depending on how many more days you need, we will add a charge of $10 per day.
Some families ask for extra videos and photos during the week, we can do it for an additional cost of $ 10.00 per video and $ 10.00 for a set of 3 photos.
DELIVERY
We will drive up to 300 miles for $2.25 each to deliver your puppy, the meet up has to be in a public place and you must pay the fee in advance. You can pay your balance with Paypal, Venmo or Square a day before meeting with us.
For families that are far away from us, can hire Citizenshipper.com to deliver their puppy.
If you use CitizenShipper.com we need the flight information 15 days before to have enough time to obtain the health certificate from our vet. They can deliver them either by vehicle or airplane in a commercial flight. Peekapoos can only be transported in a cabin due to their flat face, Because we are two and a half hours away from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport, we charge $445.00 to bring the puppy to the airport. The health certificate that your puppy needs to travel its included.
Note: The delivery has to be paid one day before.
CASTRATE/SPAYING CONTRACT
Our puppies are intended for pets, you should consult your vet and make an appointment for Neuter/Spaying. It is also your responsibility to take your puppy to the vet within the next 72 hours to confirm that your puppy is healthy.
The puppy owner agrees to operate the puppy to prevent unwanted pregnancy.
Once Peekapoo Zone Puppies sees proof that the puppy has been Neutered/Spayed, we will mail your registration.
Our intention is to help puppies to not end up in animal shelters, abandoned or given to the first family that puts a hand on them.
When you pick up your puppy, Peekapoo Zone Puppies will give you the Neutering/Spaying contract for you to sign.
ALLERGIES
Peekapoo dogs are considered hypoallergenic due to their low shade, but there are specific cases in when people that don't understand that. Before you start the process be sure you are not one of those people. That way we will all save money and time.
REHOMING FEES
If for some reason you need to return your puppy, we are happy to help you find a new home for him/her. You are responsible for bringing it to us. In some occasions we can drive to you on the specific miles set on the Delivery section.
Rehoming fees are only for puppies that are no more than 9 weeks old, the fee is 25% of what you paid for him/her. For example if you paid $2,000 the refund is $1,500.
Puppies of 9 - 12 weeks old the rehoming fee is 50% and 12 - 16 weeks old the fee is 75%, 16 weeks old or more the fee is 100%.
