Overview
As our dogs reach their senior years, we do everything we can to ensure their time with us is happy, safe, and comfortable. While letting them go is incredibly difficult, it is our deepest wish for them to move into loving, caring homes that will provide the same compassion and care.
This form is intended to ensure each dog is placed in a safe, permanent home and is not lost, rehomed, or given away without our knowledge or consent.
Please understand that these dogs have spent most of their lives with us, and we care deeply about where they go and how they are treated.
GUIDELINES FOR ADOPTION

You will need to fill out the Retired Parent Adoption Application

If you will not be the owner and getting the dog on behalf of someone else, we need their contact information to keep in touch.

We will personally delivery the dog, and upon meeting in person, we will give our final decision. ----- For a long-distance placements, a video call will be made.

Before determining that the dog is not a good fit, the owner must allow a minimum of one month for the dog to adjust to their new home and family.

The adoption fee for a retired parent is $250. This fee covers everything in the Home Care Package. For this reason, we can't provide any type of refund.

If you decide no to keep the dog, you must notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange a pick up date for them to return with us.

The dog may not be rehomed or given away by the owner under any circumstances.
